Biography:
Dr Chou graduated from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University. She received residency and fellowship training at Taipei Veterans General Hospital. She currently works at Taipei City Hospital Zhongxing Branch, specializing in cataract, corneal and oculoplastic surgery.
