Biography:
Dr. Nazli Tokatli is an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Computer Engineering at Istanbul Health and Technology University (İSTÜN), Turkey. She earned her PhD in Computer Engineering from Yeditepe University in 2021 and has been affiliated with İSTÜN since 2022. Her research focuses on computer architecture, health informatics, AI-based medical imaging, and educational AI. She is the founder of the IEEE İSTÜN Student Branch and an active member of the IEEE Computer Society. Dr. Tokatli has published extensively in international journals and conference proceedings.
