Biography:
She is a 4th-year medical student from South Korea currently completing her MBChB at the University of Manchester. She also completeds a BSc in Medicine at the University of St Andrews, where she cultivated a passion for ophthalmology research. Recently, she led a systematic review on epigenetic strategies for diabetic retinopathy and retinitis pigmentosa, highlighting novel therapeutic avenues. Her keen interests in epigenetics and medical retina fuel her commitment to advancing vision science. She enthusiastically seeks collaborations and dialogue with fellow researchers and clinicians to translate epigenetic insights into innovative treatments.
