Fungal keratitis represents around 50% of culture-positive infective keratitis cases in developing nations like India. Fugal corneal ulcers are easy to diagnose but are difficult to treat .So look for epidemiology, grading of severity of ulcer to treat according to the stages of fungal corneal ulcer. Various trials and management algorithms as per the stagewill be discussed.
