Biography:
Sevinc Orucova, an ophthalmologist and a PhD in medical sciences. She was born in 1979 in Azerbaijan. She completed my medical education at the Azerbaijan Medical University and finished my internship at the Zarifa Aliyeva National Ophthalmology Institute. From 2005 to 2007, she enhanced my clinical experience at the Nikukari Eye Clinic of Tabriz University, further deepening my specialization. She obtained my PhD degree in 2016. Since 2011, she have been working as an expert ophthalmologist at the Chief Military Medical Expert Commission of the Ministry of Defence, while also teaching at the Azerbaijan Medical University.
